Warranty Claim Form - Please read carefully before submitting claim

Warranty Policy 

Lenmar products are warranted to be free of defective parts and workmanship for one year from the original date of purchase (unless otherwise noted), when sold directly from Lenmar or our authorized retailers, unless otherwise stated. Warranties are not transferable. The warranty excludes damage resulting from accident, misuse, modification, delay or loss of use, damage to equipment or by normal wear and tear.
Canadian customers must call to file their warranty claim and must pay the full cost of shipping from the US to Canada to replace the item.
To be eligible for a warranty replacement, you must:
• Complete the form below in it's entirety
• Provide a copy of your proof of purchase (please email to hello@lenmar.com)
Return Guidelines
Lenmar only accepts returns for products purchased on Lenmar.com. Returns are accepted within 30 days from receipt of product. If a Lenmar product is purchased from another retailer, the return must be done to that retailer.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same packaging that you received it. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
• Once your product has been received, you will be notified. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card. 
• If Lenmar requires you to send the item back, you are responsible for shipping your item to Lenmar for return or warranty replacement. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
